education.They act to establish contacts between other sectors of economy,grow innovative activities of business that makes diversification of economy possible and on top of all encourages the growth of small and medium business and their viability.

The analysis of functioning business incubations based on world experience and especially of those,like Georgia enables us to prevent negative consequences and over come current difficulties. Business incbations proved to be fruitful in Post Soviet area. In Russia,Azerbaijan,kazakhistan and Lithuania,but from this point of view Georgia has significanthy dropped behind. We have to do our best to introduce this progressive infrastructural elements in our economy.
